A: Yes! I teach you step-by-step. No experience needed. In fact, it's often easier if you don't have preconceptions about how meditation "should" feel.
A: Absolutely. I only discovered I have ADHD myself at 65. Traditional meditation doesn't work for ADHD brains, but my approach does, as I'd figured it out over decades of trial and error. I provide shorter versions, movement options, and ADHD-specific supports throughout.
A: This is not unusual! Your body might need rest. We'll work with staying in alpha over time. No pressure, no judgement. I've seen people suffering insomnia for years fall asleep quickly in a few sessions.
A: Everyone has one. But if you've been disconnected for a long time, it might take practice to hear it clearly. That's literally what we're doing in this program, retuning the radio. Give it time. Give yourself a chance.
A: This is secular. It is based on neuroscience (brain states) combined with meditation practices. I talk about "inner wisdom" and "your authentic self," but it's not tied to any religion. Take what resonates, leave what doesn't.
A: 7-12 minutes for meditation + 3-5 minutes for journaling. So about 15 minutes, 5 days a week. Plus our 90-min weekly session.
A: Absolutely! I'm 66. This works at any age. I've worked with women in their 60s, 70s, and beyond. If you're feeling there's something more inside you, that you can't hear this is for you.
A: Then we work with it. Your inner voice is always guiding you toward what you need, even if it's uncomfortable. You'll have support from me and the group.

I love the title of David McNally’s book, Even Eagles Need a Push, and the line that always stuck with me: “Why does the thrill of soaring have to begin with the fear of falling?” If you’ve made it this far, something inside you is ready.
